Very Good in an about Very Good jacket, clipped at the bottom edge, generally dusted, faded at the spine with a sizable bit of loss at the head. Orange buckram with black ink lettering and designs on the spine and front board. Square and firmly bound, toned at the endpapers from a laid-in clipping about Keeler, date purchased (January 3, 1933) written in ink on the rear endpaper, clean otherwise. A Keeler mystery set a decade in the future, centering on the titular Japanese box and the wave of "murder, violence and intrigue" that follow it in Chicago. Very Good / Very Good. Item #4304
